Dorisapp for Android
There will be more than 15 Android phones in market before year end 2009. I think it makes more sense to have it for Android than Iphone.

Ability to schedule tasks
I need the ability to schedule reminders for tasks as well as have reminders notify me to do something at a set date and/or time. The more tasks I have scheduled, the less I can remember. Having Doris do this for me is key

Sync with Google Calendar
Create all-day events on Google calendar (like TouchToDo) for Today tasks, which "move" with the current day.
WIth separate Google desktop (Windows) sync and iPhone calendar sync options, Doris tasks would show up everywhere, and can be dragged to a time slot during your busy day!

Show which group a task was completed in
In the completed task section it would be useful to see which group a task was completed in. I sometimes have the same task in two sections meaning slightly different things for example "ticket to London" under both "Book Travel" and "Claim Expenses" group so it would be a good reminder to have the group context next to the task.

Share tasks with other users
Allow other doris users to add tasks to my schedule, such as my wife wanting me to pick up milk on the way home, my secretary scheduling in a meeting etc...

allow the characters < and > in tasks
Currently Doris removes these characters if they appear to be an HTML tag. For example, it will remove <foo>
It would be great if these characters could just be translated to > and <. I don't want to use HTML in the tasks, but sometimes I need to write "Search legacy code and replace <b> with <strong>"

Tabs to allow for categories for lists
Tabs would allow for keeping various lists separate instead of just having everything on one long page. I'd like to be able to have lists for work stuff vs personal vs long-term, etc.

Push to Trac
for us this would be an ideal workflow:
1) discuss product features with local and remote colleagues
2) add items to a group, share with team, team adds/edit collaboriatively
3) once idea is solid, push it to our Trac repo as a ticket, and mark task in Doris as done5 votes -
synchronise with Google Mail Tasks (labs feature)
In Google Mail (the best AJAX webmail client on the 'net), there is a labs feature you can add called Tasks, which has a Doris-esque featureset (drag/drop, tickbox, groups/lists, plus more). It would be great to sync these up, or alternatively (but less conveniently) have a Doris widget for Google Mail.

improve drag and drop
when dragging a task to drop on a collapsed todo it doesn't work.
it should expand and drop.
cheers

Task Templates: reusable task lists
This would allow users to save a group as a template, that way they could recall it over and over again for repetitive events/tasks.
The next step would be allowing users to share templates, such as "planning a wedding", "organizing a dinner party", "changing your oil", etc.
