for Doris you don’t need repeating Todos, just leave a Todo in your Today box if you want to keep reminding yourself of something.

I like the idea of repeating to-dos, stuff like exercise, making dinner, etc. It needs to be possible to set them up so that they reappear as needed, but can still be crossed off that day, and then appear in the task history with the date attached. if you can't cross it off, then there's no reward for doing it!

I agree this is needed, is have to pay managment fees and other bills monthly, I don't have to pay them every day, repeating todos would be fantastic. This does not interfere with the "no dates" concept we all love about doris.

Repeats should be very flexible, e.g. every n days; the nth day of every month; a particular date every month or year; the first, second, ...last n-day (Monday, for example) of each month.

I have a lot of monthly tasks (mostly bills) that I don't want to see in my Today view every day of the month. This is absolutely the biggest thing missing right now, it's very necessary.

have been thinking more about this - if the tasks remained un-editable in the Today group I agree that would be more useful than we currently have it. I have a "run 5km" task but as it's in another group I don't often see it.
